Dear Representatives,
The founding fathers never intended for one person to rule on law, so doing places that person in the role of dictator. District Judge Robert J. Shelby issued a 53-page ruling saying Utah's law passed by voters in 2004 violates gay and lesbian couples' rights to due process and equal protection under the 14th Amendment. So under the 14th amendment, we'll have to allow people to marry animals, men marry boys, and every unholy practice.
You, the law makers and citizens of this state and nation are the guardians of the law. A judge's sole purpose is to uphold the law. The 14th amendments equal protection under the law was never intented to support immoral lifestyles.  This judge and others like him need to be de-throned.
