Dear Utah Legislators,
I am a Utah resident and I am asking you to rethink and readdress the issue of an Article V for a Balanced Budget Amendment. Please read the information from Lou Marin and reconsider the fears against it. It is very difficult to make an educated decision without studying out the issue. Lou is willing to come and do a presentation to you, at his own expense. I urge you to invite him here to do just that!
