Dear Utah Legislator,
I am emailing you today in order to urge you to support HJR8 which applies for the 'Convention for proposing Amendments' found in Article V of the U.S. Constitution for the limited purpose of proposing a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution. I believe that the federal government has put America at risk for bankruptcy which is why the States must use their power to amend the Constitution to reign in Washington's dangerous deficit spending.
