I would like to add my voice in support of this bill. Please lift this out of rules and into subcommittee. When I moved from Idaho to Utah back in 2010 I was warned that Utah had some different stream access rules than Idaho which restricted the waterway use by anglers and other recreationalists. Being an avid fly-fisherman I feel that this bill would be of great benefit to all citizens of Utah by returning access to the waterways that the public should have the right to enjoy in the first place.
