Please support HB 97
I have spent 30 years training dogs, mainly doberman pinschers and
rottweilers and found that any dog can bite or be aggressive. I have also
found that in many cases dogs that are subject most often to breed
specific laws, are often gentle and loving pets.

As a Utah citizen, I believe federal, state and local governments should
not interfere with a responsible citizen's ability to own whatever dog
breed or breed mix he or she chooses.
Breed specific laws are not the answer. Owners should be responsible for
their dog's actions: no exceptions, no excuses.
Don't punish innocent dogs. Instead hold reckless or neglectful owners
accountable and responsible for their dangerous pets.
