Subject: H. B 37

Greetings Representative Perry 

I am contacting you as a landowner, flyfisherman, conservationist and fellow Utahn to encourage you to move HB 37 out of the rules committee and to the sub committee. 
HB 37 ensures public access to public resources while protecting landowners.  HB 37 will ensure that generations of Utah families have adequate access to Utahs public resources   I appreciate your thoughtful deliberation on this issue.
