I want to contact you about a very serious issue for this 2014 legislative session about river and stream access. Please feel free to contact me to continue further discussion. I am always happy to help with this issue and discussion in further detail. I want you to know that I support stream access and would like your support in this bill of legislation to fix the current law with a fair compromise for both the land owners and recreational water users. Please lift HB37 out of Rules Committee, and send it into subcommittee. I urge you read it and lets get it out of Rules Committee TODAY and move it in the process one step closer from bill to law. Let's together fix this access one and for this year. Thanks for your support of HB 37.
