ATTN: All Banner-related Shareholders 1987 to Present: Unite Against the Criminals in FBI

Wholly Sufficient Evidence for Unlawful FBI COINTELPRO operations targeted at stealing the Requa/Hoover Files from 1974 through 1993 is now well in hand. This evidence should now be seen in context of the Church Committee Congressional Hearings and the Martin Luther King Assassination (also by a COINTELPRO operation) as follows.

All shareholders should now see the imperative of understanding all these events as COINTELPRO operations by the corrupt FBI network emplaced by H.L. Hunt/J. Edgar Hoover to serve the economic interests, most typically, of the richest oil figures. The Banner cases now highlight the often well-concealed economic objective of COINTELPRO operations. The continuing alliance of these groups with Mafia elements is well documented by the Congress and the Courts. The following will assist in these recognitions and demonstrate for shareholders' comfort the very large documentation by Congressional Committee and Court rulings establishing the nature of COINTELPRO crimes that will assist us to demand compensation from the FBI to commence immediately.

Our first objective should be simply to advance these exposures and to assist them with documentary productions. In due course we will also establish a substantial number of gold mines throughout the hemisphere that have been based on our stolen Files in 1993. The first attempt at stealing them by employing Mafia-affiliated COINTELPRO ops was in 1974 when John Paul Getty contracted through FBI/Mafia ops to murder Samuel Edelman, and through a failed framing scheme sought to acquire the R/H Files at that time. Evidence for this has now become clear, with Utah FBI agents employing the same FBI records fabrications from 1974 with manipulated dupes and accomplices to construct the Utah Court Frauds in 1993. Pervasive FBI criminalization is clear.

With the great volume of evidence now accomplished and with the substantiation of COINTELPRO criminality from Congressional Hearings and the Memphis Trial of 1994, all Banner-related persons from 1987 through derivative later ones should now unite to demand very major compensation from FBI for its criminally involved agents to commence with no less than $10,000,000 "good faith" sum, pending a final settlement.

The issue whether Utah FBI agents were aware of the fabricated FBI files from 1974 as being fabricated is not germane. In any case very serious crimes by Utah FBI agents and their coercive efforts on dupe/accomplices for Court Frauds and the FBI falsification of recent government records is sufficiently criminal and fully evidenced on a broad scope for us to demand large compensation with a $10 million for a modest initial good faith gesture.

We must make our unanimity as all Banner-related shareholders apparent. Equally of concern were the many COINTELPRO operations to sabotage various mining efforts since the R/H Files theft. Investors in those must likewise be compensated at the same time as investors from 1993 and before. These were efforts to prevent the disclosures now occurring, including the 1974 murder in that failed R/H Files theft scheme that relied on FBI files fabrications.

There will be ample material for a first video documentary to press our claims against the FBI's criminality and to inform the media and press of these very long term events of "Big Oil" corruption of the FBI with allied Mafia elements. All criminal elements in FBI must now be eliminated. "National security" pretexts were employed to cover flagrant crimes for economic gain of the richest and most greedy.

On the Church Committee and Memphis Verdict of 1999:

"The Committee finds that the domestic activities of the intelligence community at times violated specific statutory prohibitions and infringed the constitutional rights of American citizens. The legal questions involved in intelligence programs were often not considered. On other occasions, they were intentionally disregarded ." Findings of the Church Committee 1976

With the events of Banner International in 1993 and thereafter, and going back to 1974, and then forward to today, we see all the worst abuses of the FBI reported on by Congress and in the events related to Martin Luther King -- being exercised then and right now, not against a subversive or deemed-subversive group, but against ordinary shareholders to defraud them of all their holdings -- in total, and with murders done and attempted with/by criminals in the FBI. We also see an engrained system and a network, a group of criminals put in place in the FBI ostensibly as agents, and starting with J.Edgar Hoover and oil billionaire H.L. Hunt -- with their purpose to be on call to accomplish frauds of greatest magnitude, obstructions of justice, and any and all other crimes as desirable -- simply for the economic benefit and pure greed of specific persons among the richest of all.  In 1968  in Memphis,  it was H.L. Hunt, the richest and greediest of all. In 1974 it was John Paul Getty. Both, at those times, the richest of all.        For them the FBI would and did do murders. The tyrants and the degree of their tyranny are now to be seen.

These are both comprehensive documentations of fact that are beyond dispute. These comprise bodies of facts as well scrutinized and examined as is possible. The results (the Committee Reports and a Jury verdict) are what was required to be concluded just from the facts.  But the full significance of them will now be seen; and, it goes beyond just those facts. Banner related shareholders have the capability to very quickly accelerate for the public (and for their own benefit) the needed awareness of the full significance of both those events in Congress and in the Memphis Court. The full significance was indicated in them.

The events of Banner International in 1993 and after regarding the Requa/Hoover Files, and particularly with the FBI activities --- and now explosively to be seen back to FBI activity in 1974 murder for a failed framing purpose (for economic gain) also related to those R/H Files --- will now make clear the ultimate significance of what Congress and the Memphis Jury first came to grips with in their comprehensive evidence then in hand.  The underlying realities will now be seen -- starkly -- by shareholders. Those Senate Reports and the Jury Verdict allow us to deal with facts that only Banner-related persons -- almost all of them --- can benefit from the very first, most quickly, most fully, and now most decisively --- if they choose. 

At last, citizens, voters, and shareholders may see themselves as having the final say against criminals in government -- now that the most criminal of all (in the FBI) are there so plainly to be seen.  How did so many  egregious criminals end up in the FBI?  J. Edgar Hoover and H.L.Hunt put them there! To be hired at the will of the very richest men to assist their crimes. This is what Congress and the Memphis Trial let us know and be able to tell the world at large.

The breaking realizations, in any case, will soon yield what might be anticipated as a "mushroom cloud".  It is assuredly best for shareholders to contemplate what is coming, one way or another, before the events (the events beyond their own personal concerns)  become clear to many others. The issues to emerge and to be greatly heightened -- and as fully evidenced and already proved in Congress and in the Memphis Court with a Jury Verdict -- include the role of the Mafia and its allies and its agents/assets in both political and major economic events and in major crimes done with impunity by the very rich (and far beyond expectations, until now).

The actual shooter firing the shot that killed Martin Luther King was a Mafia hit-man employed by Memphis Mafia operative Frank Liberto who was retained by Mafia boss Carlos Marcello, the well-known boss of New Orleans. No Mafia boss has ever had a fatter well-established CV of consummate evils. But he was also allied with the oil billionaire H.L. Hunt, the subject of many items (including on his run-ins with Attorney General Robert Kennedy in being expelled from the country for a time in RFK's crackdown on the Mafia), There is much comment to be found about Marcello's strongly suspected/indicated role in JFK assassination. Senator Huddleston from that 1976 Senate Committee states the following: "... the fact that the United States Government would call in two Mafia people to help us eliminate some guy illegally by murder because we disagreed with him was the kind of thing we were confronted with across the board during this investigation,...The major part of what we considered were activities against American citizens in this country,  and it was very extensive and beyond what most people realize today....It was the first time that any group sat down and looked at the entire intelligence operation of our country at the same time."

Committee Member Senator Mondale also comments: "We were surprised at the depth and magnitude of what we saw...when we got into the records, and ours was probably the only committee that has ever looked at the complete unprotected files of the Bureau and these other agencies with no restrictions on us at all, sending staff and experts into these files. And when they started coming back, and one said "I can't believe what I read today". He had gotten into COINTELPRO, and they had targeted thousands and thousands of people based on no violation of the law, just hunches".... then going into the extent of adverse efforts against MLK, "but the fact that this could happen in America in this nation of laws and accountability and happen over so many years...Yes we were surprised."

The Committee Counsel Frederick Schwartz reported:  "But what happened with the NSA and happened with all the other agencies was that because they were immune from any oversight, and because they believed what they were doing would always be secret, that what started off small expanded to the unacceptable."... "The thesis today that is being expanded" that presidents can break the law, "is totally radical and an enormous departure from American culture and law; and, it is extremely important that it not be sanctioned by the Congress or the American public."
