Dear Senator Weiler,
I am sending you this email to enlist your support for legislative funding of the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.
I am a member of the Hope Lodge Board. I am involved because I see the value not only to the community but for those individuals and families that now must face the challenge of fighting this insidious disease. The Hope Lodge will not only provide them financial assistance but emotional help as well at a time when they need it most.
We have raised $15M toward the $18M project. I am asking for support for a onetime $2M appropriation to see the project become a reality.
