APPROPRIATION FOR NOISE WALL

5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $2,000,000 FROM THE
6 h [TRANSPORTATION ] GENERAL h FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 TO THE
6a TRAFFIC NOISE
7 ABATEMENT PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 There is appropriated from the h [Transportation ] GENERAL h Fund for fiscal year
11a 1997-98, $2,000,000
12 to the Traffic Noise Abatement Program created under Section 27-12-109.5.
13 Section 2. Effective date.
14 This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
