6 STATE UNIVERSITY FROM THE GENERAL FUND IN FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 FOR
7 INFRASTRUCTURE COSTS OF THE UTAH BOTANICAL CENTER; AND PROVIDING
8 AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) There is appropriated S [$1,000,000] $250,000 s to Utah State University from the General Fund in
13 fiscal year 1997-98 for the Utah Botanical Center to be used for the purpose specified in
14 Subsection (2).
15 (2) The appropriation in Subsection (1) shall be used for the development of infrastructure.
16 (3) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
