    AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $20,000 TO THE DIVISION
    OF FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FOR A STATE CAPITOL
    EXHIBIT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
    This act enacts uncodified material.
    Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
        Section 1. Appropriation.
        There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1996-97 $20,000 to the
    Division of Facilities Construction and Management to construct an exhibit in the state capitol
    honoring present and past Utah citizens who have made significant scientific and technological
    contributions to the history of Utah or who, over the course of their lifetime, made significant
    contributions to their community.
        Section 2. Effective date.
        If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this act takes effect
    upon approval by the governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah
    Constitution Article VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto, the
    date of veto override.
