5 AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS IN GENERAL; DESIGNATING A STATE FRUIT.
6 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
7 ENACTS:
8 63-13-7.5, Utah Code Annotated 1953
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Section 63-13-7.5 is enacted to read:
11 63-13-7.5. State fruit.
12 The cherry is hereby selected and designated to be the state fruit of Utah.
