APPROPRIATIONS FOR BRIDGERLAND ICE SHEET
2 1997 GENERAL SESSION
3 STATE OF UTAH

5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $2,000,000 FROM THE
6 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
7 BRIDGERLAND COMMUNITY ICE ARENA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1997-98, $2,000,000 to the
12 Department of Community and Economic Development for distribution to Bridgerland Ice Arena,
13 a nonprofit corporation, for use in the construction of the Bridgerland Community Ice Arena in
14 Cache Valley.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
