9 PRESERVATION OF THE ORIGINAL BRIGHAM YOUNG ACADEMY BUILDING; AND
10 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
11 This act enacts uncodified material.
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Appropriation.
14 There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1997-98 S [$2,000,000] $900,000 s
14a to the
15 Department of Community and Economic Development to be used for the historic preservation
16 of certain buildings of the original Brigham Young Academy.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
