APPROPRIATION FOR HILL AIR FORCE
2 BASE HERITAGE MUSEUM
3 1997 GENERAL SESSION

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $300,000 TO RESTORE A
7 HISTORIC WORLD WAR II B-24 BOMBER AIRCRAFT TO MUSEUM QUALITY; AND
8 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) There is appropriated $300,000 from the General Fund to the Department of
13 Community and Economic Development for fiscal year 1997-98 to restore a World War II B-24
14 bomber aircraft to museum quality.
15 (2) These funds are nonlapsing.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
