6 A RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE REVISING SENATE RULES; REPEALING THE BILL
7 INTRODUCTION REQUIREMENT, WHICH IS COVERED IN JOINT RULES; AND
8 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This resolution affects legislative rules as follows:
10 REPEALS:
11 SR-25.17
12 Be it resolved by the Senate of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Repealer.
14 This act repeals:
15 Rule SR-25.17, No Bill to be Introduced After the Twenty-second Day.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This resolution takes effect upon approval by a constitutional majority vote of all members
18 of the Senate.
