8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 There is appropriated h [ $2,000,000 ] S [$700,000 h] $100,000 s from the General Fund for
11a fiscal year 1998-99
11a to the
12 Division of Aging and Adult Services within the Department of Human Services for distribution
13 by the Board of Aging and Adult Services as provided in Section 62A-3-107.5.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
