6 GENERAL FUND TO THE UTAH NATIONAL GUARD FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND
7 OPERATION OF THE FORT DOUGLAS MILITARY MUSEUM; AND PROVIDING AN
8 EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 There is appropriated S [$85,000] $49,000 s from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the Utah
13 National Guard for the maintenance and operation of the Fort Douglas Military Museum. S [It is the
14 intent of the Legislature that this appropriation be ongoing.] s
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
