7 ACCOUNT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 (1) There is appropriated S [$900,000] $150,000 s from the General Fund for fiscal year
11a 1998-99 to the
12 Species Protection Account created in Section 63-34-14 .
