AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE DIVISION OF AGING AND
ADULT SERVICES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
There is appropriated $100,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
Division of Aging and Adult Services within the Department of Human Services for distribution
by the Board of Aging and Adult Services as provided in Section 62A-3-107.5.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
