AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $49,000 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE UTAH NATIONAL GUARD FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND
OPERATION OF THE FORT DOUGLAS MILITARY MUSEUM; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
There is appropriated $49,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the Utah
National Guard for the maintenance and operation of the Fort Douglas Military Museum.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
