    AN ACT RELATING TO RECREATIONAL TRAILS; APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM
    THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE CENTENNIAL
    NONMOTORIZED PATHS AND TRAIL CROSSINGS PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
    EFFECTIVE DATE.
    This act enacts uncodified material.
    Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
        Section 1. Appropriation.
        There is appropriated $100,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
    Centennial Nonmotorized Paths and Trail Crossings Program created under Section 63-11a-503.
        Section 2. Effective date.
        This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
