DUTIES OF WATER COMMISSIONERS

5 AN ACT RELATING TO WATER AND IRRIGATION; REPEALING THE REQUIREMENT
6 THAT A WATER COMMISSIONER GIVE A BOND TO THE STATE FOR THE FAITHFUL
7 PERFORMANCE OF THE WATER COMMISSIONER'S DUTIES.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 REPEALS:
10 73-5-2, Utah Code Annotated 1953
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Repealer.
13 This act repeals:
14 Section 73-5-2, Bond.
