APPROPRIATION FOR DAVIS COUNTY
2 CONFERENCE AND COMMUNITY CENTER
3 1998 GENERAL SESSION

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $2,000,000 FROM THE
7 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
8 COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE DAVIS COUNTY
9 CONFERENCE AND COMMUNITY CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 There is appropriated $2,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
14 Department of Community and Economic Development to be disbursed for the construction of the
15 Davis County Conference and Community Center to help fulfill the statewide public purposes of
16 contributing to the state's economic growth and providing conference and recreation facilities for
17 the people of the state.
18 Section 2. Effective date.
19 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
