5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $2,000,000 FROM THE
6 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE DIVISION OF AGING AND
7 ADULT SERVICES.
8 This act enacts uncodified material.
9 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
10 Section 1. Appropriation.
11 There is appropriated $2,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
12 Division of Aging and Adult Services within the Department of Human Services for distribution
13 by the Board of Aging and Adult Services as provided in Section 62A-3-107.5.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
