First Substitute H.B. 117

Representative Beverly Ann Evans proposes to substitute the following bill:

2 STUDY APPROPRIATION
3 1998 GENERAL SESSION
4 STATE OF UTAH

6 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $150,000 FROM THE
7 GENERAL FUND TO THE OFFICE OF LEGISLATIVE FISCAL ANALYST TO STUDY
8 THE DIVISION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES; AND PROVIDING AN
9 EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 There is appropriated $150,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the Office
14 of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst to conduct a study of the Division of Information Technology
15 Services.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
