5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $85,000 FROM THE
6 GENERAL FUND TO THE UTAH NATIONAL GUARD FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND
7 OPERATION OF THE FORT DOUGLAS MILITARY MUSEUM; AND PROVIDING AN
8 EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 There is appropriated $85,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the Utah
13 National Guard for the maintenance and operation of the Fort Douglas Military Museum. It is the
14 intent of the Legislature that this appropriation be ongoing.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
