7 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $6,000,000 FROM THE
8 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE OLENE WALKER HOUSING
9 TRUST FUND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $6,000,000 to the
14 Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund created under Section 9-4-702.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
