6    AN ACT RELATING TO RECREATIONAL TRAILS; APPROPRIATING $400,000 FROM
7    THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE CENTENNIAL
8    NONMOTORIZED PATHS AND TRAIL CROSSINGS PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
9    EFFECTIVE DATE.
10    This act enacts uncodified material.
11    Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12        Section 1. Appropriation.
13        (1) There is appropriated $400,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 to the
14    Centennial Nonmotorized Paths and Trail Crossings Program created under Section 63-11a-503.
15        (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that this appropriation be ongoing.
16        Section 2. Effective date.
17        This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
