HILL AIR FORCE BASE ADDITION

5 AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $1,750,000 TO THE
6 DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO HELP THE
7 HILL AIR FORCE BASE MUSEUM ACQUIRE A HANGAR FOR DISPLAY; AND
8 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Appropriation.
12 (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99 $1,750,000 to the
13 Department of Community and Economic Development for improvements at the Hill Air Force
14 Base Museum.
15 (2) These funds shall be used with matching funds for the acquisition of a hangar for
16 display of Hill Air Force Base Museum property.
17 (3) These funds shall be nonlapsing.
18 Section 2. Effective date.
19 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
