5 AN ACT RELATING TO TERM LIMITS; REPEALING UTAH'S TERM LIMITS LAW.
6 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
7 REPEALS:
8 20A-10-101, as enacted by Chapter 264, Laws of Utah 1994
9 20A-10-102, as enacted by Chapter 264, Laws of Utah 1994
10 20A-10-201, as enacted by Chapter 264, Laws of Utah 1994
11 20A-10-301, as enacted by Chapter 264, Laws of Utah 1994
12 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
13 Section 1. Repealer.
14 This act repeals:
15 Section 20A-10-101, Title.
16 Section 20A-10-102, Definitions.
17 Section 20A-10-201, Term limits -- State officers.
18 Section 20A-10-301, Term limits -- Federal officers.
