7 GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
8 TRANSPORTATION FOR CONSTRUCTING HIGHWAY UNDERPASSES; AND
9 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, S [$1,200,000]
13a $700,000 s to the
14 Department of Transportation.
15 (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that this appropriation shall be used for the
16 construction of highway underpasses for the Ogden Parkway where it intersects with SR 89,
17 Washington Boulevard and SR-204, Wall Avenue.
18 (3) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
19 Section 2. Effective date.
20 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
