7    STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND $75,000 TO THE UTAH ARTS COUNCIL FOR A
8    COLLABORATIVE EFFORT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FILM AND VIDEO ON
9    ARTS, TECHNOLOGY, AND EDUCATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10    This act enacts uncodified material.
11    Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12        Section 1. Appropriation.
13        (1) There is appropriated from the Uniform School Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, h [ $25,000 ]

14    to the State Board of Education for the development of a film and video S [on] CURRICULUM FOR s
14a    arts, technology, and
15    education in cooperation with the Utah Arts Council.
16        (2) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $75,000 to the
17    Utah Arts Council for the development of cooperative programming with the State Office of
18    Education.
19        Section 2. Effective date.
20        This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
