REAUTHORIZATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE
RULES
1998 GENERAL SESSION
STATE OF UTAH

AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS IN GENERAL; REAUTHORIZING RULES OF
STATE AGENCIES; LISTING THOSE RULES NOT TO BE REAUTHORIZED; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Rules not authorized.
All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for the following:
R501-15. Human Services, Administration, Administrative Services, Licensing, Utah
Social Services Delivery System Data Bases Screening; and
R714-205. Public Safety, Highway Patrol, Vehicle Window Tinting.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on May 1, 1998.
