AN ACT RELATING TO COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $300,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE UTAH STATE FAIR PARK; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $300,000 to the Utah
State Fair Park for building maintenance and equipment replacement.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
