6 AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS; REMOVING THE REAL ESTATE RECOVERY
7 FUND FROM THE SUNSET ACT; AND MAKING TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS.
8 This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
9 AMENDS:
10 63-55-261, as last amended by Chapter 15, Laws of Utah 1997
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Section 63-55-261 is amended to read:
13 63-55-261. Repeal dates, Title 61.
14 [The following provisions of] Title 61 [are repealed on the following dates: (1)], Chapter
15 1, Utah Uniform Securities Act, is repealed July 1, 1999.
16 [(2) Chapter 2a, Real Estate Recovery Fund, is repealed July 1, 1998.]
