REAUTHORIZATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE

3 1998 GENERAL SESSION
4 STATE OF UTAH

6 AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS IN GENERAL; REAUTHORIZING RULES OF
7 STATE AGENCIES; LISTING THOSE RULES NOT TO BE REAUTHORIZED; AND
8 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
9 This act enacts uncodified material.
10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
11 Section 1. Rules not authorized.
12 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for the following:
13 R501-15. Human Services, Administration, Administrative Services, Licensing, Utah
14 Social Services Delivery System Data Bases Screening; and
15 R714-205. Public Safety, Highway Patrol, Vehicle Window Tinting.
16 Section 2. Effective date.
17 This act takes effect on May 1, 1998.
