APPROPRIATION FOR UTAH STATE

6 AN ACT RELATING TO COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
7 APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $330,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR
8 FISCAL YEAR 1998-99 TO THE UTAH STATE FAIR PARK; AND PROVIDING AN
9 EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $330,000 to the Utah
14 State Fair Park for building maintenance and equipment replacement.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
