    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 33, COMMUNITY RESPONSIVENESS REQUIREMENTS OF UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, by Representative R. Becker, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 9-10:    Delete "; REQUIRING WRITTEN RESPONSES, RECORDKEEPING, AND REPORTING"

2.    Page 2, Line 3:    After "municipalities to" and insert "help"

3.    Page 2, Line 21:    After "municipalities to" and insert "help"

4.    Page 2, Lines 24-31:    Delete lines 24 through 31

5.    Page 3, Lines 1-3:    Delete lines 1 through 3

6.    Page 3, Line 4:    Reinstate "(4)" and delete "(6)"
