    The Workforce Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 83, CHILD CARE TASK FORCE, by Representative S. Allen, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 12:    Delete "16" and insert "18"

2.     Page 1, Line 23:    After "provider at a" insert "private"

3.    Page 1, Line 24:    Delete "one" and insert "three" and delete "parent" and insert "parents." and delete the rest of the line

4.     Page 2, Line 17:    Delete "and" and after "accessibility" insert ", and whether unmet needs exist;" and after line 17 insert:
        "(e) the legitimate role of state government with respect to child care;
        (f) child development and enrichment programs; and
        (g) review of rules and regulations."
