1.    Page 7, Line 23:    After "Education;" delete "or"

2.    Page 7, Line 24:    After "Veterinarians" delete "." and insert "; or"

3.    Page 7, Line 24:    After Line 24 insert:
        "(c) a general acute hospital."

4.    Page 8, Line 5:    After "provide" insert "written"
