    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 135, HIGHER EDUCATION TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, by Representative K. Johnson, with the following amendments:

    1. Page 1 Line 12    after "PROVIDING A" delete "$100,000" and insert "$50,000"
    2. Page 3 Line 26    after "1998-99," delete "$100,000" and insert "$50,000"
