Jones, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 141, MITIGATION TO BUSINESSES IMPACTED BY MAJOR HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION with the following amendments:
1.     Page 4, Line 10:    After "application is" insert "at least"
2.     Page 4, Line 21:    After "application is" insert "at least"
