H.B. 160, LOANS FOR BUSINESSES IMPACTED BY MAJOR HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION, without recommendation and with the following amendments, and has returned it to the Rules Committee.

1.     Page 5, Line 28:    Delete "if" and insert "when"

2.     Page 5, Lines 28-29:    Delete "intended to be"
