    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 179, TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS BY SCHOOL DISTRICTS, by Representative K. Johnson, et al, with the following amendments:

    Page 1, Line 13:    After "MILE" insert ", CONTINGENT UPON THE LEGISLATURE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR A STATE CONTRIBUTION"
    Page 3, Line 7:    After "state" delete "shall" and insert "may" and after "mile" delete "based on" and insert "contingent upon the Legislature appropriating funds for a state contribution."
    Page 3, Line 8:    Delete line 8
