    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 210, AFFORDABLE HOUSING AMENDMENTS, by Representative W. Harper, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 3, Line 29:    After "income housing" delete "serving households earning"

2.    Page 3, Line 30:    At the beginning of line 30, delete "30%, 50%, and 80% of area median income"

3.    Page 5, Line 27:    After "income housing" delete "serving households earning 30%,"

4.    Page 5, Line 28:    At the beginning of line 28, delete "50%, and 80% of area median income"
