    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 258, GAMBLING AMENDMENTS, by Representative B. Chard, with the following amendments:
1.     Page 28, Line 11:    After "out;" delete "and"
2.     Page 28, Line 12:    After "risking" delete "coins"
3.     Page 28, Line 13:    Delete "or credits" and insert "more than one coin or credit"
4.     Page 28, Line 13:    After "play" delete "." and insert "for a greater return; and"
5.     Page 28, Line 13:    After Line 13 insert:
        "(d) an operating mechansim that requires coins, tokens, or other valuable consideration in order to function."
