    The Energy, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 333, WILDLIFE CODE AMENDMENTS, by Representative M. Styler, with the following amendments:
1.     Page 1, Lines 6-8
    (Lilac Copy)    After "PERMITS;" delete "REMOVING THE RESTRICTION ON CONSERVATION OFFICERS ON SEARCHING A DWELLING WITHOUT A SEARCH WARRANT;"

2.     Page 1b, Line 22at
    Lilac copy:    At the beginning of the line delete "adjoining properties" and insert "their lands"

2.    Page 1b, Line 22bc
    Lilac copy:    After "hunting on" delete "adjoining properties" and insert "their lands"

3.     Page 2, Line 19    After "(2)(a)" reinsert "Except as provided in Subsection (b), conservation" and delete "Conservation"
