    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 414, APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT LITIGATION AGAINST CREATION OF ESCALANTE MONUMENT, by Representative G. Way, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Lines 7-8:    After "TO THE" delete "OFFICE OF PLANNING AND BUDGET" and insert "SCHOOL AND INSTITUTIONAL TRUST LANDS ADMINISTRATION"

2.    Page 1, Line 9:    After "COUNTIES" insert "AND THE SCHOOL AND INSTITUTIONAL TRUST LANDS ADMINISTRATION"

3.    Page 1, Line 17:    Delete "Office of Planning and Budget" and insert "School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration" and after "disbursed" delete "to" and insert "equally between"
